Skai Shadow is the lead DJ and Founder of SkaiLive Events. He is originally from Washington, DC and has spent the last 2 decades in Houston, TX. Coming from a musical family, Skai was classically trained in the orchestra, and later learned african and latin percussion. His passion for drumming, landed him positions in several ensembles, playing festival, traditional and sacred music. It is with this appreciation for live music, which inspires a deep respect for music’s place in milestone events like weddings, birthday parties and quincenara’s. Client’s music preferences are top priority for creating the perfect soundtrack for their event. No one knows more than them, what songs mean the most and should be played for their guests.
